Cape Development’s Richmond Hill project has received site plan approval, clearing the way for construction to begin on the grocery-anchored center at GA 144 and Belfast River Road in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
Located east of Interstate 95 between Exits 82 and 87, and roughly 3.5 miles north of Keller, the site serves one of the strongest growth submarkets in the Savannah region.
As with every Cape project, the company will retain ownership and manage the center after completion — the same long-term approach that has shaped its portfolio for more than three decades.
