Cape Development has broken ground on its newest retail destination in Knightdale, a 67,973 square foot shopping center located at the corner of Hodge Road and Poole Road in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Positioned less than one mile south of Interstate 87, the site sits in one of the fastest-growing corridors in Wake County. The center is scheduled for completion in 2028 and will serve a trade area that has added more than 12,000 households in the past five years.
“Knightdale reflects exactly the kind of project we look for,” said a Cape Development spokesperson. “Strong demographics, a location people already drive past every day, and room to build something the community will still value in twenty years.”
